• Prices for products are subject to change based on many constraints viz., festive season, national importance days.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online banking through Razorpay.
• Payment for products can be made at the time of order or Cash on Delivery option can be availed.
• We offer refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products, subject to our return and refund policy.
• Returns are eligible to those orders which have our brand packaging and bill ready at the time of return which is to be produced to our delivery partner.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We strive to ship products within 3-5 Business days of receiving an order.
• ​Our shipping partner “Shiprocket” handles our brand shipping in Pan India.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are available on the Platform.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Platform and its content, including text, images, and logos, are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• We shall not be liable for any damages, including consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
• Our liability for damages shall be limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, India.
